2021 Ag Shield Land Rollers 5-plex

Rolling with an Ag Shield Land Roller maximizes both your seeding and harvest efficiency. Using a roller ultimately increases your bottom line by providing better seed-to-soil contact; better germination and a faster harvest. We offer single, double, triple and five-plex units. Ag Shield Land Rollers provide industry leading strength and performance and offer options like our exclusive leveling blade and mounted seed applicator to get the job done.

Rolling before seeding makes a flat/even seed bed for optimal air seeder performance.

Rolling a recently seeded field packs the soil around the seed which allows better access to moisture and nutrients for excellent germination (this is especially helpful during dryer years).

A rolled field allows for better access to lower pods in pulse crops, ensuring maximum yields.

A smooth, rolled field provides a faster harvest with less dirt and/or debris entering the combine, reducing yield losses.

Rollers level your field, pushing down rocks and other debris, minimizing the risk of intake and damage to your swather and/or combine.

Implementing an Ag Shield Land Roller into your operation reduces wear on your sickle bar knives and guards, preventing them from running in soil.

Features may include:

• Ag Shield Land Rollers feature an industry exclusive Diagonal Pull Bar that reaches the full length of the roller. This patented full-length design helps eliminate frame stress on the frame. This feature is standard on all multi-plex models.

• We build our rollers to heavy-duty specifications in order to ensure long-lasting performance. Ag Shield rollers provide you with an average of 450 lbs. per foot of rolling pressure. ALL Ag Shield rollers feature a standard 42" drum with a 5/8" wall. We utilize 6" structural tubing for reliable durability.

• Ag Shield Land Rollers come standard with a floating hitch package and 4-way floating Heavy-Duty knuckles with 1 3/4" pins. This allows the roller sections to move seamlessly with the grade of the field, giving you the flexibility to get the job done right.

• Ag Shield Multi-Plex Land Rollers feature dual hydraulic pivot wheels for convenient control when moving into field position. The roller is able to unfold evenly on both sides, immediately as you back up. These hydraulic wheels are standard on ALL multi-plex models.
