Featuring more than 1230 sq.ins. of cooking surface, the PB1100PSC1 is ready to cook all of your favorite meals every day. 8-in-1 versatility allows you to smoke, bake, roast, braise, sear, grill, char-grill, or barbecue using 100% all-natural hardwood pellets or liquid propane. Simply adjust the slide-plate flame broiler and dial-in temperature control board. Then, create everything from slow-smoked brisket to flame-seared steak. The additional gas-powered side burner offers 10,000 BTU’s that’s perfect for warming side dishes, frying chicken, or simmering, sautéeing, boiling and more.
